Geography

Just as an athlete visualizes the perfect tennis serve, the geography of a network helps members visualize the reach of the network. It seems so simple—drawing a map showing where partners and resources are located. Yet these maps are rarely available even for groups of agencies that must coordinate related work. For example, rarely do cities, towns, and regions map the physical location of all the social service agencies that get involved when a youth is arrested.
