Setting the Stage for Scorecards
In this chapter, Libby explains the concept of scorecards to Vince and provides a few examples used by her previous employer. She shows Vince the steps her former company went through to develop Performance Scorecards. The chapter concludes with Vince meeting a business consultant to discover more insights to scorecard development and drawing up an action plan to begin.
