Collect Scorecard Inputs
In this chapter, Libby and Bob help Vince through the first phase of developing Vince's Performance Scorecard. They walk Vince through the steps of compiling inputs and preparing for a staff meeting to create his initial scorecard. They advise him of issues he's likely to encounter and encourage him to continue despite some known obstacles.
