While we know that certain actions accelerate performance and that other types of action sustain performance, there is a third set of behaviours, which have negative consequences and undermine performance. These are behaviours that obstruct change, subvert vision, and hinder the achievement of goals and objectives. We call them performance-blocking behaviours.
