I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Network Continually
ONE OF THE most important ways to advance your life and career is for you to network continually with other people in your field. Over the years, I have participated in more than a thousand meetings of organizations and associations. What has always interested me was the discovery that the top people always attend these meetings. The average or mediocre people always have a reason or an excuse not to attend.
There is an important rule for success. Your success will be in direct proportion to the number of people you know and who know you in a positive way. Put another way: “It is not what you know; it is who you know that determines your future.
