Personality Profiles and Effectiveness
We have seen how personality traits are the building blocks of personality and recognize that there are distinct Personality Profiles that reflect the prominence and interactions of the personality traits. We’ve seen research on team effectiveness in organizations and can identify links between behaviors and outcomes—both positive and negative.
