FOR EUROPEAN BUSINESSMEN the question is no longer: Will there be a true European Common Market? It is: What do we do today to prosper in the Europe of 1993?

The Common Market governments have pledged themselves to abolish the barriers to the intra-European flow of people, money, goods and services by the end of 1992.
