Hooking up the uploads to our database

Now that we have images and they're getting uploaded into our file structure, we need to make sure we're actually storing information about those files in a way that allows us to easily retrieve them later on. To do this, we'll need to create a new database table to store information about those uploads and link those both to users and polls.
