Fortune favors the prepared mind! I repeat this mantra often when I give photography workshops, in my books, and—most of all—when I go out to photograph.
“Okay,” you may say, “Obviously there are some photographic ventures that rely on a great deal of planning. But what’s to plan when I go out into a garden to photograph flowers?”
