Using Camera Raw or Adobe Lightroom
The following method is the easiest (and my favorite) way to reduce the noise in images. It does a really great job of reducing noise while preserving detail. You will find the same controls in both the Adobe Camera Raw application that comes with Adobe Photoshop and the Detail panel in the Develop module of Adobe Lightroom. The tools work exactly the same way.
