One of Photoshop User magazine's readers sent me a newspaper ad, and asked “How do you do this? Did they do it in Photoshop?” Yup, they did, and it's a pretty darn handy effect that you can customize for a number of uses. The tag part is truly simple, but I was stuck on how to create the cord.
