We all have our regular routes that we travel as we go about our daily business. For example, Katrin goes into New York City almost every day, and on most days she goes to the same two areas: midtown and Chelsea. At some point she became aware that she had fallen into a rut. Every day she was taking the same bus and walking the same route.
