So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

We’re almost there! We’ve designed a database to store jokes, organized them into categories, and tracked their authors. We’ve learned how to create a web page that displays this library of jokes to site visitors. We’ve even developed a set of web pages that a site administrator can use to manage the joke library without knowing anything about databases.
In so doing, we’ve built a site that frees the resident webmaster from continually having to plug new content into tired HTML page templates, and from maintaining an unmanageable mass of HTML files.
