Collective Bargaining: The Agreements (CBAs)

The output of successful collective bargaining is a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The CBA contains provisions related to a variety of conditions of employment and also outlines the procedures to be used in settling disputes that may arise during the duration of the contract.

Typical Provisions of Collective Bargaining Agreements (Excluding Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures)
