So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
9. Reflections
USING REFLECTIONS in my work is one of my favorite ways to tell multiple stories and to increase the overall impact of a photograph. A well-executed reflection can be a pleasing visual surprise to the viewer, and it can turn an average photograph into a work of art. Reflections have a subtle way of telling multiple stories in a single frame, making them one of the most interesting photographic tools.
One of the biggest misconceptions regarding reflections is that they exist only in mirrors or large bodies of water, when in fact they can also be found in different types of surfaces, such as windows, puddles, wineglasses, home decorations, sunglasses, and vehicles.
