INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
IT MAY NOT seem like it, but internal presentations and meetings are as important as, if not more important than, communication outside of your company or team. Selling your partnership ideas, product suggestions, or strategic focus to an internal audience is crucial. If you don’t do a serious job of preparing, your ideas might not be heard on their own merit or, even worse, might be deemed not valuable or even counterproductive.
