Chapter 6: Preparation for preschoolers
The terms ‘preschool’ and ‘kindergarten’ have different meanings depending on which state you live in. In Victoria, children can do two years of preschool education before they enter school. These years are generally referred to as three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten.
