Managing the Fax System
For detailed control of how the Fax service sends and receives faxes, and to set up shared cover sheets that can be used by all of the computer's users, there's a management tool called Fax Console. You use this application to do the following:
Set up your fax devices to receive a fax
Change security permissions for fax users
Declare how many rings must occur before a fax device answers a fax
Determine how many retries are allowed before the fax device aborts the fax send
Specify where to store the sent or received faxes
Set the amount of detail for the event log
Suppress personal cover pages, to force the use of your organization's cover page design
