Mouse

The mouse is another one of the those hardware devices that we use every day and oftentimes pay little attention to, although it has some pretty neat configuration options that bear some looking into. If you have a standard (no frills) mouse installed on your system, you will most likely only have the five tabs discussed here. If you do not have a wheel mouse, then you will most likely only have four tabs. Also, you may very likely have additional tabs if you have a specialty mouse or touchpad, such as on a portable computer.

The Buttons tab (shown in Figure 28.12) allows you to configure the behavior of your mouse buttons with the following options:
