Regional and Language Options
The Regional and Language Options applet is probably one that will mostly go unnoticed. For those that will actually make use of it, it will prove to be quite useful. Using the Regional and Language Options applet, you can control that format that Windows uses to display dates, times, currencies, numbers, and numbers with decimal points.
