Chapter 4 Change is a good thing
Obviously if you want to achieve more, be more, do more and have more, you are going to have to make some changes. I know, scary stuff huh? We hate change, and the reason we hate it so much is that, under the spell of the cotton wool society, we are conditioned to seek out that safe haven where nothing changes, where you can sit safe and sound inside your little cocoon. It's the place where habits form and each day mirrors the last, where we have a conniption if the 6.47 am bus to the city doesn't arrive at 7.03 am, 16 minutes late as usual, or if that skim latte decaf with no sugar actually comes with, oh no, sugar! We live a life of same old, same old, and before we know it we have become old.
Change is not hard. In fact, it's quite simple.
Change! There you go, I said it again, but before you run away and hide under the bed till the storm passes, let me tell you this: change is not hard. Let me say that again, only louder in case you're still under the bed. Change is not hard!
