INTRODUCTION

This book is divided into five logical sections. Part I, which consists of Chapters 13, discusses the broad overview of project management and how it pertains to the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. Part II contains Chapters 413, which details each of the ten knowledge areas your exam will focus on. The PMP exam will test your agile project management knowledge, so I’ve created Part III to isolate the agile concepts in Chapters 1417. Agile and hybrid project management topics are roughly 50 percent on the PMP exam. Part IV of this book includes coverage of the PMP Code of Ethics and a final chapter of PMP prep.
