Task 5: Develop a human resource management plan by defining the roles and responsibilities of the project team members in order to create an effective project organization structure and provide guidance regarding how resources will be utilized and managed.
The key purpose of this task is to develop a human resource management plan that will then assist the project manager and project team members in identifying which personnel they need, the level of skills those personnel need, how the personnel are going to be obtained to work on the project, and how the project manager will develop and lead individuals and team.
