Task 9: Develop the change management plan by defining how changes will be handled, in order to track and manage changes.
The focus of this task is to ensure that all changes to any part of the project are managed in a coherent manner; and that they are documented, evaluated, tracked, and incorporated into the relevant parts of the project management plan. The development of a comprehensive and appropriate change management plan to guide this work is an essential part of the development of the overall project management plan.
