Task 2: Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan, in order to achieve the project deliverables within budget and schedule.

This task is very broad; it takes all the work that has been planned as part of the project management plan, its subsidiary plans, project baselines, and other documents, and uses them to execute all the project work to deliver the project deliverables with a particular focus on delivering the work within budget and on schedule.
