This domain task encompasses all the activities and work required to document, assess, and make decisions about possible changes to the project scope, schedule, or cost baselines. It is similar to other monitoring and controlling tasks in that it uses a description of the work to be done and compares it with the actual work being performed in relation to project scope, schedule, or costs. If variances are detected, change requests are assessed.
