Task 5.1: Obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables by working with the sponsor and/or customer, in order to confirm that project scope and deliverables were met.

This task focuses on the work that occurs after the deliverables of the project have been through internal quality control processes and the external process of validating them to become accepted deliverables. At this point, they have been accepted by all relevant stakeholders and are then used in project closure tasks.
