Chapter 8. Communications management
This chapter focuses on project communications management. Similar to the other knowledge areas, it begins with a process of planning, which produces a communications management plan. It then has an executing process, Manage Communications, focusing on carrying out the communications management plan, and a monitoring and controlling process, Control Communications, focused on checking whether or not project communications are meeting stakeholder communication requirements.
