In the last chapter, I walked through all of the major considerations you'll face when planning your podcast. These ranged from defining your voice and choosing who will represent your company on the podcast to what format you want to use. Those decisions, along with ones about publishing schedule and how to avoid common pitfalls, will help you be prepared for the next step. That next step is getting ready for the production of your podcast.
