I'm sorry to disappoint and I know I'm sounding like a bit of a Neg Ferret here when I tell you there is no easy answer to this. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that if you want to wake your people, inspire them to burst free from their conditioning and step beyond ordinary with you, you're going to have to differentiate yourself from other managers; you are going to have to become not just a leader but a Polar Bear Pirate leader!
Being a good leader means that as well as fully using all your natural childlike qualities and mastering TNTs, you are going to have to have all the additional qualities that all good leaders have.
