Your Ground Rules
Being a good leader can at times be a lonely and tough position to be in. Making the right decisions can be hard and it's inevitable that at times you won't be able to please everybody. If you are to be an effective leader you will have to be prepared, to put it bluntly, to ‘p’ some people off.
In times of emergency when there is no time for discussion you will have to quickly move from being a SONAR leader and become a dictator, telling people what to do. People will look to you in times of crisis for guidance, and you alone are going to have to make some quick and difficult decisions. You are going to have to be brave, very brave!
If you do try and be a miracle worker and achieve the impossible by pleasing all of your people ...
