Policy Distribution Using Web Servers
An alternative to policy distribution using the standard specification based on LDAP, COPS, or SNMP is to develop a simple policy distribution scheme using Web servers and cgi-bin scripts. In some sense, this approach can be seen as a poor man's network management framework.
