Pollution Control for Contaminated Construction and Demolition Waste
Abstract
The pollution control technologies for contaminated construction and demolition waste are explored. The integrated processes of both 0.05 mol/L citric acid elution–80 g/kg calcium phosphate monobasic immobilization and 0.1 mol/L citric acid elution–25 g/kg lime immobilization are applicable in heavy metal removal. Furthermore, Nano-iron powder is more effective to immobilize Zn, Cu, Pb, and Cd. Glyphosate presents a higher mobilization effect than humic acid with the removal rates of about 66.7% for Cd, 80% for Cr, Cu, and Zn, and 85.9% for Cr.
