This chapter discusses the shear rate effects on the structure and properties of polymer–carbon nanotube (CNT) composites. The chapter first introduces the newly developed high-shear processing technique and its application for preparing polymer nanoblends. We then discuss the morphologies and properties of CNT nanocomposites based on homopolymers and polymer blends by the high-shear processing technique.
