Abstract:
The use of plastic materials as shielding enclosures, electromagnetic (EM) absorbing materials, and radio frequency (RF) components has greatly increased in the past few years. Shielding deals with the protection of workspaces from external radiation, usually achieved by conductive materials by means of wave reflection. In absorbing media, the incident wave energy is dissipated within lossy medium.
