Why Is Positive Management Needed?
Positive management (PM) offers benefits to society in two separate but related ways. For organizations, it offers the potential to increase output without significantly increasing cost, otherwise known as increased productivity. For society as a whole, the benefit comes from organizations being more productive and therefore more sustainable. Sustainability is linked directly to aggregate employment, and aggregate employment loops back to expenditures that benefit organizations.
