What a tremendous relief and enormous pleasure it is to thank our own network of family, friends, mentors, supporters, advisors, and angels who helped us along the way to completing this book. This book represents the culmination of a three-year process. During the three years we worked on our book, our work-family balance challenges ramped up as Susan got married and Ellen had a baby.
