DataWindow Settings
The Web DataWindow is a dynamic generation of HTML and JavaScript. Numerous properties of the DataWindow determine how the information is presented in the browser. These properties can be set in the DataWindow painter or by using the PowerScript Modify function. The DataWindow painter is the area in the PowerBuilder development environment where screens are graphically created to show data. One of the most powerful things about the Web DataWindow is that the code to generate this is all PowerBuilder. A PowerBuilder developer does not need to learn a new language to start creating Web DataWindows.
