You don’t need a belt and suspenders.
As my sweet grandfather got older and older, he became shorter and shorter. Pretty typical. However, it introduced a new problem: his pants didn’t fit anymore. His solution was to wear a belt and suspenders. The objective of a belt is to hold up your pants. The objective of suspenders is to hold up your pants.
