THE TYPES OF POWERFUL CONVERSATIONS
HIGH-IMPACT LEADERS are focused and targeted in the way they use Powerful Conversations. They recognize that Powerful Conversations, while always worthwhile, are time consuming and demanding. So High-Impact Leaders use Pow erful Conversations in specific ways and with specific objectives in mind in order to move work forward. In this chapter, I want to show you how they do this. First, though, we need to understand better the critical knowledge, skills, and abilities that underlie the success of a High-Impact Leader.
