The sixth step to ethical power—Undress power

The sixth step to ethical power is to undress power. Where you notice other people undermining your power, it’s important that you let them know the impact they’re having on you, to bring it into the open. Doing this ethically and respectfully will allow other people to change their behavior toward you, without undermining their own power.
