No, by “Inking Your Slides” I do not mean giving your slides a tattoo. But I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that Microsoft is working on that for a future edition of PowerPoint. Instead, what I mean is using a feature called Windows Ink within PowerPoint. Windows Ink is available on computers that have a touchscreen and are paired with an input pen. Devices in Microsoft’s Surface family — such as the Surface Pro, Surface Book, and Surface Laptop — can all be paired with Microsoft’s Surface Pen, which automatically enables Windows Ink. Most other touch-screen laptops and tablets can also be paired with a pen to enable Windows Ink.
