Hundreds of thousands of bloggers—who refer to themselves as “citizen” journalists, each with the ability to opine—write and share information with other “tuned in” members of Web communities. No doubt you already know that 21st Century reporting and news distribution is no longer an exclusive function of the print, broadcast, or online media outlets.
