Debugging and Tracing

The ability to view HTTP traffic, which consists of the request message sent by the client and the response message sent by the server in response to the request, is a fundamental requirement for developing HTTP services. Equally important is the ability to hand-craft requests, submit them to ASP.NET Web API, and view the corresponding response from ASP.NET Web API.
