Scenario: Let's continue our analysis of the tubing diameter data (Diameter data table). As before we'll use sample sizes of 6, corresponding to the six daily measurements.
In Phase 1, we concluded that the process was not in control. Restrict your attention to Phase 1 data once more, and create XBar-S charts BY Machine. Is there any indication that the problems are caused by one or more specific machines? Describe what you find and what you conclude.
