Chapter 2Content Queries
Data mining models are trained using the cases (source data) that populate the data mining structure to which the model belongs. The results of the model training are referred to as the model content. When you browse a model graphically, you are looking at the content. You can also examine the content of a model from a DMX query—DMX Content queries are the subject of this chapter. The nature of the content depends upon the algorithm on which the model is based. For example, you can view cluster profiles, or you can examine probabilities and support of predictable columns. The content of a model is based on existing data. New data is analyzed with a DMX Prediction query.
