In this MFL (Modern Foreign Language) section you will find a range of games and activities which are adaptable for teaching any target language. The ideas are flexible, fun and accessible for the non-specialist teacher.

Primary children are extremely receptive to learning new languages and the benefits of doing so are great. Learning a new language can bring increased self-confidence, encourage positive attitudes and develop key thinking skills.

Vocabulary

The activities in this section focus on key language basics such as numbers, days, greetings, animals, etc. However the basis/format of the activities and games can be used to teach any vocabulary, phrases or sentences.
