Solving High-Level Complex Problems
Most high-level complex problems are systems-level problems. They cut across multiple processes, and they are rarely solved with a single “home-run” solution. They consist of interconnected sub-problems, each having its own contributing factors that must be identified and addressed. Solving such problems is like running a campaign. It requires strong organizational skills, considerable resources, and a concerted effort over a long period of time.
