How to Increase Your Leadership Flexibility

Have you ever been to a management or leadership training program where they spent time analyzing your leadership style?

You know the ones. You fill out a questionnaire, your responses are tallied and the score gives you an indication about your leadership preference, how you prefer to respond when in a leadership context.

These are a great place to start understanding how you interact with your team members and other people in general. They are also great fun to “find out about yourself” since self-awareness is an excellent first step to improvement.
