The ATOM risk process for a typical medium-size project has so far set the scope and objectives (Initiation); then, using the First Risk Assessment, exposed and recorded uncertainties that could affect achievement of those objectives (Identification), prioritized and categorized them (Assessment), and developed appropriate responses and actions to deal with them (Response Planning).
